While Mamut are attempting to resolve the logged issue, no changes can be made to the database by the customer. Any changes made in the interval between the backup being uploaded and subsequently returned, will be overwritten on return. Costs incurred because of repeated corrections must be covered by the customer. Error correction that is caused by an error within the application will be covered by the service agreement and will not be charged to the customer. All fault finding/correction of database errors that are caused by user error will be charged at an hourly rate of £50/€65. Mamut Software Ltd, will notify the customer in advance if the price for the corrective actions of a user error will exceed the hourly rate. Mamut Software Ltd, has a confidentiality agreement concerning all databases we receive. The database will be deleted from our server a short period after it has been returned to the customer.
